How do I apply for a position?

Richfield accepts all applications via our Career Center, and all of our open positions are posted on our Career Center. We provide you several ways of searching for open positions. For example you can search by location, discipline, city or state and also by using key words. 

How will I know if a position has been filled?

Our current open positions are always posted on our Career Center, if a position is still on our site, we are currently accepting applications. Once the position is filled it will be removed from our Career Center.

Will I need a resume to complete the application?

Although a resume is not required we highly recommend that you create one and use it as part of your career search.  As part of the online application process you will be asked to enter your professional and educational experience. 

How long will it take to complete the application?

We have streamlined the process to ensure that you don’t have to spend a lot of time completing the application. It should take about fifteen minutes for you to apply online; we recommend that you have all of your personal and educational information, professional experience and references readily available when you are completing the online application. 

What happens if I start the online application but cannot complete it?

Once you register in our Career Center all of the information you have completed will be saved. You can come back at any time and login back to the system to update and complete your application.  Remember that you must formally submit your application to an open position in order to be considered as an applicant for the position. 

Once I have applied online when will I hear back?

Due to the volume of applications received, please understand that we cannot respond to each applicant individually. You will be contacted by a Human Resources representative if more information is required.
