Lauri Wallin, Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing

Lauri joined Richfield in February 2008 and currently provides sales and marketing support for the 15 hotels in our Select Division. Lauri brings to Richfield over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, guiding a broad portfolio of properties towards exceeding financial goals through strategic sales and marketing initiatives including GDS marketing, organic search engine optimization, pay-per-click campaigns, public relations, print campaigns, direct sales and effective prospecting. As the Chairperson of the Choice Hotels Colorado Marketing Co-op for four years, Lauri directed and allocated marketing funds that supported electronic and print campaigns on behalf of 78 member hotels. In addition, Lauri has participated on numerous hospitality boards to include over 12 years on the International Operator's Council (now the Choice Hotels Owner's Council), serving as an active and vocal advocate for hotel owners’ issues. Prior to joining Richfield, Lauri had served as a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for hotel management companies including Hostmark, Highmark and McBride Hotels. Lauri attended Colorado State University, majoring in Restaurant Management, and Metropolitan State College of Denver, majoring in Hospitality, Meeting & Travel Administration.
