Tom brings a wealth of industry knowledge in real estate, finance and contract development to Richfield. A 30-year hospitality industry veteran, Tom oversees the development of Richfield's property management portfolio including procurement of new contracts, acquisition of hotel real estate for clients, and structuring of joint venture relationships. He is also responsible for financial restructurings, reorganizations and developing plans on behalf of clients.

Tom relishes the challenges of finding new, creative solutions to the traditional financial challenges hotel owners face and previously served as Vice President, Acquisitions and Finance, for Millennium Hotels and Resorts and for Regal Hotels International. Tom oversees the acquisition and development components for all Richfield ventures.
