With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Steve is helping establish Richfield’s Group Sales Department as the “driving force” in the industry. He possesses breadth of experience and depth of knowledge in all areas affecting Operations.
Steve assists with recruiting, hiring and training general managers, selecting key sales and marketing personnel, and he facilitates properties adapting and implementing Richfield’s standards of performance and best practices. Additionally, he helps direct Food and Beverage operations, with responsibility for hiring, training and developing employees, menu planning and development, and implementation of profitable strategies for this key area. Steve is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), and has been a General Manager at Holiday Inn, Clarion and Radisson full-service hotels. He has served on the Boards of San Jose State University, City Center Associates (South Bend) as well as various industry organizations. Steve is a member of Rotary Club and HSMAI. |
