Holly Michalek - Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing

Holly is Richfield’s California based Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing.  The California CDSM gives local marketing support on a daily basis to Richfield’s California properties. Holly works closely with each hotel staff and the Denver team directing the sales & marketing efforts with emphasis on building the hotel’s occupancy, Revpar and increased market share through the implementation of Richfield’s policy and procedures.  Holly has overseen the revenue development and management of over 42 limited and full-service hotels during her nine-year tenure in the hospitality industry.  Prior to Richfield Hospitality, Holly held positions as General Manager and Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing for Marin Management, Inc.  Holly is well versed in all components necessary for a property to thrive.  Her professional achievements include certification in management development, teamwork and leadership, sales management skills and Fortune 500 Sales Training.  Holly attended Whitman College in the state of Washington.
