Paul has more than 13 years of prior experience in hospitality, seven years in revenue management and six years in hotel operations, Paul joined the team in early 2006. Paul brings with him a wealth of knowledge in distribution channels, strategies, property management systems and day-to-day hotel operations.

Prior to joining the Executive team, Paul has worked in several hotel roles such as Rooms Division Exec, Front Office Manager, and Reservations, as well Revenue Manager for several independently owned hotels.

These experiences allow Paul to take a hands on operational approach to revenue management, and use his expertise in various technical systems in order to streamline processes and maximize revenues.

Paul is a Certified Hospitality Supervisor and has won numerous management and hospitality awards.
