Bill is responsible for all phases of hotel operations. Having begun his career over 30 years ago with Richfield, Bill brings extensive knowledge and experience of the industry to the organization. Bill knows how to make things happen. He ensures that operational strategies are implemented as planned and perform as expected. Bill works with the management team at each hotel establishing benchmarks and standards, and then assures they are met or exceeded. He has held General Management positions with numerous three and four-diamond hotels including: Four Seasons Hotel, New Mexico, Sheraton Denver Tech Center, and Millennium Hotel, Boulder. His background also includes functional operations responsibilities for resorts, airport locations, convention, and commercial hotels.
A Certified Hotel Administrator, Bill holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant management. He has been a Board Director on both the Denver and Boulder Convention Visitors Bureaus and served as President of both the Denver and Boulder Hotel Associations. Bill has been honored with many awards: Tourism Volunteer of the Year in Boulder and twice named General Manager of the Year at Richfield, making him the only person so honored two times. |
