Angela Landgraf, Sr. Vice President, Development and Management Services

Angela Landgraf’s experience includes more than 18 years of senior hospitality management experience in real estate development, as well as sales and marketing in hotel operations, for international hotel companies. Her expertise lies in creating strategic partner relationships and offering  investors and owners valuable and immediate solutions for the challenges and opportunities they face in today’s hospitality industry.  Angela has held several prior executive positions, and has been recognized as a top sales producer with InterContinental Hotels Group, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Concorde International, and Kimpton Hotels in both operations and business development roles.  Angela holds a B.A. degree in Communications with a focus in Business Management from Regis University.

Kevin Yerdon, Director of Business Development

Kevin Yerdon is Director of Business Development and is responsible for identifying growth opportunities for Richfield’s portfolio of owned and managed properties.  Kevin previously worked in investment services for Richfield, leading the analysis, due diligence, and underwriting efforts for hotel acquisitions, development projects, and third-party management opportunities.  Previously he provided analysis for development and acquisitions with Sage Hospitality and CSM Corporation, both following a twelve-year period with Marriott International spanning roles in property operations, revenue management, sales and marketing, and analysis. 
With cross-disciplinary experience Mr. Yerdon uniquely balances compelling approaches to market analysis, planning, and positioning with qualitative aptitude in returns analysis, investment modeling, and valuation. 
Mr. Yerdon is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and a member of Urban Land Institute. He holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and International Affairs from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota.
