Mobashir Ahmed, Senior Vice President of Operations

As Senior Vice President for Richfield Hospitality, Mobashir oversees all hotel operations in the Richfield portfolio and is personally responsible for executing the operational strategies and results. He is driven to ensure all Richfield hotels exceed their potential. With a career that spans more than 40 years, Mr. Ahmed has obtained the highest ratings at many of the properties he has been involved with including some of the world’s top hotel brands. His esteemed career includes top hotel positions with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham International and was the founder of Potomac Hotel Group and Oceanic Hotels International in Washington DC. He has held senior positions with Westin, Sheraton, W and other Starwood brands for several years. He has also done extensive International work in Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

Mr. Ahmed has overseen the opening efforts for all hotel operations and departments including reservations, PBX, front office, VIP, concierge, hotel management, call center, housekeeping and public areas as well as the creation of departmental policies and procedures, training materials and staffing plans. Mr. Ahmed has served on the board of directors of Hotel and Lodging Associations in New Orleans, Louisiana, and in Washington DC.

Robert Ferree, Vice President, Hotel Operations - CHA

Bob’s expertise encompasses every major area of hotel operations and his career in the industry spans more than 20 years. With Bob’s direction and guidance, Richfield Hospitality properties consistently perform at the highest industry standards for efficiency and profitability. His unwavering commitment to excellence helps Richfield’s clients realize superior financial returns. Bob develops pre- and post-takeover strategies, and his operational teams ensure efficient and effective implementation at each Richfield-managed hotel. Bob previously has worked as a Vice President with Forte Hotels International, which owned and operated Viscount Hotels and Travelodges. He also assisted in the launch of Forte’s Thriftlodge brand. Bob’s proficiencies include Financial Analysis, Technical Services, Franchise Operations, Capital Improvements and Quality Assurance. His breadth of experience and multiple areas of expertise makes him a valuable resource for Richfield clients. Bob earned the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation and graduated from Jackson College with a degree in Law Enforcement.
