Lee Rossiter, Chief Financial Officer
Lee Rossiter’s specialty is Accounting Services, and he oversees Richfield Hospitality’s corporate accounting, as well as accounting for each property under management. His responsibilities include preparation of financial statements, payroll processing, cash management, internal audits, and the interface with external auditors. He also supervises individual property controllers and accounting systems. Lee’s other responsibilities include technology. His supervision of IT assures that Richfield’s hospitality management systems remain up-to-date with the demands imposed by rapidly changing world of information technology. Lee joined Richfield in 1999 as a Group Controller, after 21 years with Stouffer, Renaissance, and Marriott Hotels. As a former General Manager and Controller for a full-service property, he has hands-on experience identifying opportunities, anticipating problems, and improving a hotel’s financial performance. He is a graduate of New Hampshire College with a B.S. degree in Hotel Administration.
