Shannon Dierenbach, Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Shannon Dierenbach established and now directs Richfield Hospitality’s Human Resources and Risk Management Division. Under her guidance Richfield hotels attract, motivate, and retain high-performance employees while mitigating risk exposure for owners. Her innovative hospitality HR and Risk Management programs have propelled Richfield into the vanguard of the most progressive hotel management companies in the nation. Shannon has never encountered a challenge she won’t tackle. Her team supports all hospitality HR functions for all Richfield-managed hotels including: Training, Compensation, Benefits, Professional Development, Retention, Compliance and, when necessary, Litigation. Shannon joined Richfield from Hyatt Hotel & Resorts where she held various positions in the employment and benefits divisions. Additionally, she worked in legal compliance, benefits and recruitment. She has a BS degree from the University of Massachusetts and is Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified.
